These classes are a way for us to give back to the community. The instructors will be on a rotating basis. This session will begin Sept. 10th. All levels welcome.
Goddess Gathering and Healing Circle

The first Monday of every month. 7:00pm-9:00pm $27.00
This will be an exciting evening of Women supporting Women! We will start with relaxation and Guided Meditation, an interactive Healing Topic will be discussed, followed by a Healing Circle of Energy, a 30 day Intention and Creativity exercise and a Circle of Gratitude and closing. Mother Earth Fertility Yoga- Yoga for Fertility Workshops

Each workshop will be different as we explore new ways to relax and let go of stress and tension. The poses that you will explore are chosen to help detoxify and strengthen the reproductive system. We will also cover which foods heal and which foods harm the body.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" (prana, chi) flows through us and is what keeps us alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick, feel stress and unbalanced. If it is high, we are more capable of staying healthy and balanced. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God or the divine, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.
Reiki Retreat with “Sister’s from Our Lady of Angels”

This retreat is open to any Reiki practitioners or teachers. If you have been attuned to Reiki energy please join us for a day of healing and balancing. Begin the day with a session of sound healing as we join Steve Alling for healing and balancing with Earth Gongs and Tibetan bowls. Then the Reiki begins! Come together with other healers to share this glorious energy and also share techniques that you have found helpful on your Healing Reiki adventures!

Sa Sekhem Sahu Reiki works with an Egyptian ray of healing energy to heal on many different levels. Level 1 Reiki is a journey into self-healing. Level one is all about you and your personal healing. Learn how to channel the Universal Energy to create balance, remove blocks, heal your body, mind, and spirit ~ heal your life!! In 30 days you may go on to level 2 training and attunement and begin working with others. ($50.00 deposit required to hold your place )

Level II Reiki is an interaction with others. You will learn to channel the Universal Energy of Reiki through others.
St. Jude’s Children's Hospital Fund Raiser!

We will be hosting two yoga classes suitable for all levels and the proceeds will benefit St. Jude’s. $15.00 donation recommended but pay as much as you wish! Our wonderful Massage Therapists will be available for 10 minute tune-up massages to help you relieve stress and tension at a donation of $10.00. Come out and relieve stress and tension and help us, help Children in need!
