Followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga: Deep soothing stretches held for a longer amount of time allowing us to focus on our breathing as we release and open tightness in specific areas. Guided Meditation and Massage will complete the final 30 minutes. While relaxing in a comfortable restorative position Laurie will take you on a healing journey with guided meditation as our wonderful staff of therapists massage your face, neck and feet with Healing Aromatherapy oils or Gong Bath. Modifications will be given for all levels. After the Party enjoy fresh fruits, and herbal teas or shop in our stress free boutique. (Minimum of 10 People  $28.00 per person.) After Party add on -Enjoy all of the above with  tune up chair massages after the party. (Minimum of 10 People $35.00 per person.) Birthday Parties - A birthday party is always and inspiring event. We offer age appropriate parties for preschool, grade school,  and teens.  Each 90-minute party features yoga poses, games and breathing activities. (The cost is $15.00 per child minimum of 10) Private Yoga Parties - This 60 minute party is popular for Girl Scout and brownie troops working on their Stress Free badge.  The one hour class is age appropriate and focuses on relieving the everyday stress girl’s experience. ($10 per student. Minimum of 10 students) Private Gong Bath - Is like a very deep and lasting massage, by tuning the physical body and soul to the greatest possible resonance, wile totally letting go. Usually laying down in your back in savasana posture, receiving the sound energy of the Gong as it is being played moving through the nervous system opening, clearing and recharging the whole mind, body and spirit.  Triggering a meditation, contemplation state in which we have the opportunity to relinquish control of the mind,. Negativity and chaos are suspended, irregularity and resistance are cleared, and the whole being is reset to a state of synchrony and alignment.  (Minimum of 10 people. Gong bath fee $18.00 pre person.)
